The B.P.S. College of Education was established in the year 1968 to promote the education of girls and women belongs to rural folk. The institution has made a profound impact and still continuing the legacy by uplifting the lives of women through education at grass root level; at a very minimal cost.

The college has a spacious building with sufficient accommodation comprising classrooms, Laboratories, Library, Seminar Hall, Administrative Office, Staff room, Sports room etc. The college is committed to the cause of empowering women with a holistic educational approach that will enrich personality and groom them into a motivated, creative, self- sustained, responsible, confident and innovative teachers.

Location & Campus of B.P.S. MAHILA VISHWAVIDAYALAYA, KHANPUR KALAN

The existing campus of Bhagat Pool Singh Mahila Vishwavidyalaya, Khanpur Kalan in which B.P.S. College of Education exists, sprawls over one hundred and seven acres where construction is in full swing in the 1st phase and more construction is proposed in another 302 acres in the vicinity so as to enable the University to offer world class infrastructure to its students.

Hostels in B.P.S. MAHILA VISHWAVIDAYALAYA, KHANPUR KALAN

The University has hostel facilities for its students who cannot commute everyday. Presently the University has 15 hostels which can accommodate nearly 4000 students.
